I was with them for 10 years and finally took my site to a different company. I had problems with them from first day but my domain name was owned by them so couldn’t go any where. Just recently my site was hacked by a shoe company in China. That was the end of my relationship with them. - Have been with him for 10 years everything has been great over the last few months I have been hacked through them.. my website goes to a Chinese tennis shoe company.... The amount of money I have been losing because my website is not going to my business

- I recommend anyone that is looking for a custom website to give them a call. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The design team are very knowledgeable, and with their experience were able to create the website beyond what i imagined.
- Was with Site Dudes for a few years. My customer service rep was personally great and very friendly and prompt to deal with, Catia. There were numerous disruptions to my work email over these years from problems on Site Dudes end. Updates when requested were poorly executed and generally always incomplete. Both of these issues were repetitive and quite frustrating. In trying to cancel my service with Site Dudes and transfer my domain, the process took over 1.5 months and was not addressed in any problem solving manner until I had 'escalated' it as far as I could. Overall, I would recommend working with a smaller company who can offer the same services, and better design options for your site and hosting services. There are plenty out there who would have more accountability and desire to make your site and business run smoothly, as their success would be relevant to your success as well.
