    Called on a Friday to verify availability and compatibility with my needs and placed the order on the following Monday recieved a call on tuesday saying that service was in fact not available in my area yet there are signs posted directly in front of my neighborhood advertising availability get it together and remove the signs and quit wasting people's time

    I was told that the Simply Bits tower needed some repairs. Customers, we are so sorry that the phone connection is choppy. Please call back and we will connect with you with our cell phone.

    Let me start by saying that I have Blue span as internet provider and the internet is excellent and customer service and tech support is the best. The only reason I called simply bits is because they were offering higher speeds for up and downloads. I got their service and before i cancelled blue span, i tried simple bits for a week. The speeds were great and after a week, i sent email to blue span to cancel service. However, on Monday there was ni internet at home. Me and my husband work from home and this was a nightmare. I called simple bits and tech support stated they didn’t know what the problem was and he could resolve it and had to send it to level 2 tech support. I was waiting to be transferred to level 2, however, you dint get transferred, the guy said that they will contact me within 2 days!!! I said what!! No way im going to sit without working and not knowing when it ll be fix. I told them that was unacceptable and not up to the level of an internet provider. I requested a supervisor and the supervisor said the same. I then requested for the service to be canceled. I sent message to blue span and they conectes the signal back immediately and I was able to start working. I was contacted by simple bits supervisor to see if there is anything they can do. I told them to trained their tech support. When you call your internet provider they should be able to tell you the problem and how long they think is going to take to resolve it, not to transfer you to another level and wait to see what’s the problem. Im still waiting on the refund, because they charged me the prorated days of the month and 1 month in advance. This was a month ago and no refund yet. According to the accounting department they need authorization from the director. I suspect there is going to be no refund. Im so glad i canceled with them.

    We moved into our house and kept simply bits as the internet provider. It was fine for over two years until they replaced our equipment. They didn’t call or email that they were coming to do it. I only knew bc a tech left a message on my phone stating he finished my work order. Well, it broke. I called on a Sunday afternoon and was routed to their call center. They checked a few things and couldn’t help me leaving us completely hosed working from home the next day. My husband crawled up on the roof and was able to fix it by unplugging and reconnecting the Ethernet cable. I called three times to talk to my account manager and management. I NEVER received a call back after leaving several messages. I called again when I was having speed issues. Again to their call center .... they did a couple of speed tests and said everything looked fine. As of typing this it’s been two days and “next level support” still has not contacted me. Do yourself a favor and go with a local company that actually cares about their customers as this one does not.

    I have been calling to change my plan to a higher speed. It has been 3 days and no one seems to be available to check if I can get a higher speed at my residence in Tucson or approve the change. Really poor customer service. Every time I call the person I speak with has to get approval from someone else to make a decision and the never call me back
