We work in three areas.
MVPs for founders who need something real in front of users. From EUR 4,200, four to eight weeks, scoped tightly enough that you find out whether the idea works before the money runs out.
Custom web applications and SaaS from EUR 15,000. This is where we spend most of our time and where the hard problems live: multi-tenancy, third-party integrations that were never documented properly, data models that have to survive five years of feature requests.
AI automation and LLM integration from EUR 1,900. Usually the fastest way for a company to find out whether this technology does anything for them. We build with Claude and OpenAI models, wired into real systems through n8n or straight into the codebase.

What we have actually shipped:
Auresta is a hotel property management system running in production. Reception, POS with a fiscal printer, spa scheduling, kitchen display, warehouse, and a channel manager connected to Booking.com and Airbnb through Channex. It talks to the building through Home Assistant. Multi-tenant from the first commit.
Auresta RCP handles time and attendance for the same hotel, with identity verification at the terminal and payroll calculated automatically from the punches.
Relay is production management for a precast concrete plant. Order to pour to yard to delivery, running on hardware that lives in a factory rather than an office.
Two of those are hospitality, one is manufacturing. If you are in either, we already know where your problems are.
We are in the EU, we work in CET, and GDPR is a requirement we grew up with rather than a checkbox we bolted on afterwards. Polish and English.
We take on two or three projects at a time. That is the constraint, and it is deliberate.
