Sesen AI is a boutique artificial intelligence and machine learning consultancy based in London, working with organisations across the United Kingdom and beyond, helping teams get past AI experiments that never ship and put working systems into production.

Engagements usually start with an AI readiness and maturity baseline and a focused proof-of-concept that tests a real use case rather than a demo, and from there we design and build the production system. Most of our delivery centres on large language model applications, including retrieval-augmented generation over private knowledge, structured-output pipelines, speech transcription and diarisation, and the cost and latency engineering that decides whether a system is affordable to run once real traffic arrives. Alongside the build work we run AI adoption programmes, staff training and the measurement needed to show whether the spend is paying off, and we scope and cost AI work for bids and larger programmes.

The projects are led directly by the founder and extended through named specialist associates for each engagement, so clients get senior attention without the overhead and markup of a large firm. Founder Berkan Sesen holds an Oxford doctorate in artificial intelligence and medical informatics, with a background spanning a decade in quantitative finance at global banks and asset managers and applied clinical AI research, including widely cited work on clinical decision support and a 2025 evaluation of retrieval-augmented generation for complex medical cases, giving the practice particular depth in financial services and healthcare.
