- I am writing this to warn you! Do not use this company!!!! They have caused me tears. It started when they convinced me the website I had was useless. Then built me one that only they can manage because they said is the only way they could do SEO. (LIE) such a lie in fact that their own company website is built on WordPress platform (Which My Previous Website Was). They basically build the site on a language that only they know so you could never leave them! After almost 6 months of being with them my phone was absolutely dead! I started looking at the work they had done only to find out NOTHING WAS DONE. Google My Business was 90% empty and the info that was actually there was inaccurate. They charged me for four months to manage my Pay Per Clicks, as well as a monthly budget, BUT NO ADS WERE EVER LAUNCHED. When I talked about it with Jamie Couden the answer was “I’m too busy” or “all the work has been done” or my favorite “YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT” they do this because you are on a contract and can’t leave! Once shown PROOF that the work in question was’t done the only answer was “that XYZ’s fault”, now that I was finally able to get out of this contract due to their absurd lack of performance and neglect to provide services offered, they are holding my URL hostage, which I have owned for almost 12 years and it has taken them over a week to even pick up the phone for answers! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
