- ALERT!!!! Don't give your laptop unless you are sure it can be resolved by them and it is old laptop. I gave my new macbook pro and they couldn't resolve it and inturn they REMOVED FEW SCREWS AND A RUBBER GRIP COLUMN which cannot be known until opened. If you are giving your laptop ask them to open it and make sure everything is in place. TELLING FROM EXPERIENCE , BE CAREFUL !!!!!!
- Had to get my laptop repaired urgently as I had office next day. The people here understood my urgency and repaired my Dell laptop within 4 hours. Kudos to the team, highly recommend.
- My Mac had stopped working and the apple service center had quoted 47K! There was a power IC problem and these people fixed it in a day’s time! Charged me 15K only! So compared to the Apple guys they are great value for money. But they told me that ICs have only on month warranty! Would have been happy if they had provided a bit more assurance!!!! Only time will tell if the quality of repair is good or not! If it fails, I’ll come back here and edit the review!
- Gave two laptops for repair the day before. Received one already and I'm very happy with the service I received until now. So far, all good. Waiting for another laptop to provide a final feedback and verdict.
- Bad experience, not good service. Looking like totally fraud. Lot of money taken and no proper repairs. I need atleast now itself good reponse.
