Very Poor company, No professional skills, No HR policies, Not safe environment, Will not recommend anyone to join this company, specially for female staff. - Worst Service Ever. If I had an option of giving them 0 star would have totally done that. Working in customer service business yet no respect and value of the customer. They do need some teaching lessons on what customer service is all about. Customer service rep mentioned "we don't tell negative things to our customers when we are selling the product, no company does" couldn't even believe he actually said that. I honestly doubt their way/strategies of running their business. They are just there to hoard money and deceive customers. If you ask for call back- forget about it, they don't care about customers and yes they do have a complaint line but no one picks up the call- so don't even waste your time. Had I known, would have never picked them for services. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service. Companies Like these should be banned in Canada as they can't even meet the minimum standards of Customer Service.
- Can't believe i see negative review for such a good company, and i am pretty sure these guys are competitors who are jealous of the company or someone who did not get selected. Overall great place to work and great product to sell. Quotas are challenging but attainable and the bonus/commission structure definitely pays you out for your hard work. The management in Austin for sales is amazing. All of the managers I have worked with not only had extensive product knowledge but are also more than happy to take time out of their day to help employees with career pathing and getting them to where they want to be. The office/job is very competitive but managers find a way to make the competitions more fun and rewarding. Love you ServerCenter
- Worked here for 3.5yrs, till i got married and It was enjoyable. I have learned a lot of new things every day. I was am able to provide outstanding customer service and solve many problems in a stressful environment. will defiantly rejoin in next few months.
- Not a working place for profesionals, worst management, no safety and security, No benefits provided by the company. Company involved in so many frauds, after every 1-2 years changed their name and location just keep out of the eyes of people and government. I will suggest you do your homework, before joining this organisation.
