We built our own agency platform, and every client gets a login

Most agencies email a PDF once a month. We wrote our own system in Laravel instead. Clients log in and see every job we have done on their site, with the date, the hours against it, and the page or keyword it was for. Today it holds 57 active client accounts, 18,994 keywords re-checked against live Google results every month, 4,407 pieces of client work completed since August 2025, and 1,051 monthly reports published. It also runs our support desk, where clients record their screen and attach the video to a ticket.

What we are good at

Small to medium sized businesses. We have grown one and two person operations into companies running several installation teams and adding product lines. We follow the data, not the marketing fashion. When rankings fall we find the cause. One client lost 68 per cent of their organic traffic this year. The cause was their own developer's migration breaking internal links, not search.

AI search is in the monthly plan, not an upsell. We rewrite headings for machine context, format content into the lists and tables AI parsers read, build FAQ and schema markup, and open bot access so AI crawlers can reach the site.

We have built five page brochure sites and bespoke software from nothing, including a booking system used by theme parks and venues across the UK. We also run Zeus, our own Laravel CMS, which three client sites sit on.

Jason Burns has 15 years in SEO. Stephen Rolt has over 20 years in PHP. Across the team that is more than 60 years with Google's organic algorithm, most of it gained in other agencies before we started this one, which is how we knew what to do differently.
