Sentry AI operates an internal AI operating system where agents own entire workflows end to end. One writes engineering pull requests. One turns meeting transcripts into client records. One grades the quality of the others' work. Every change any of them wants to make to the outside world stops at a human approval gate. That system is not a demo, it is how the business runs day to day, and it is the same architecture we install for clients.

That changes what we can tell you. We have already made the expensive mistakes: agents given mandates too broad to govern, context that looked structured but wasn't, integrations that authorise perfectly and then quietly stop working a week later. Every engagement begins with a fixed-scope AI Opportunity Audit that maps how your business actually operates and ranks the opportunities by return. You finish that phase holding a decision and a number rather than a prototype and a maybe.

From there the work runs in three stages.

AI Operating System. Built inside your own Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini tenancy. Skills, context and role design first, then governance and monitoring, so you can see what every agent is doing and what it costs.

Company Brain. A living knowledge graph over your own tools and data, with custom models and feedback loops. You own it outright rather than renting it.

Private LLM Infrastructure. Self-hosted and sovereign deployments for organisations where data residency or compliance rules out public cloud.

Delivered work spans healthcare, retail, e-commerce, real estate, finance and cyber security. A recruitment voice agent has handled more than 10,000 candidate calls with live CV lookups at roughly a fifth of the cost of human screening. A medical conversational assistant runs inside a mobile app, generating recommendations from live health data.

Who we are not for. If you want a chatbot on your website, someone cheaper will do that well. If you want a pilot to show the board, we are the wrong call, because we only take work intended to reach production. And if nobody internally is empowered to change how a process works, no amount of AI will fix that, and we would rather say so before you spend money than after.
