For this reason, their profile strength is average. Advice: get in touch with Searles Graphics if you have a great intuition. Otherwise, go the extra mile and find a slightly better ranking company. - I cannot say enough about the professionalism, responsiveness and quality of product from Searles Graphics. From the moment we spoke with Rob through delivery of product for my dad's funeral, it was as if the graphic designer, Nicole, read my mind. A quick turn around and an exceptional job well done. Highly recommended.
- Great family owned business. I’ve known and done business with the Searleses for decades. They take pride in quality work and are very involved in the community. Chris has done a great job in expanding reach to include full service digital brand management. He does a good job in setting expectations and keeping his customers informed along the way. And I found his team to be creative and professional. I work in high end broadcast graphics, and my standards are very high. That said, if you have traditional print needs or would like to expand your digital presence I recommend giving them a call.
- Nothing but positive experiences with Searels Graphics!! Chris and his agency always put the client first and I could feel that from day one. You’re in extremely good hands when it comes to working with Searels Graphics. Finding someone who genuinely cares about their clients is hard to come by now a days, but Chris always made me and my tiny little company feel prioritized. Additionally, Chris puts out amazing content via podcast and blog to help small businesses and entrepreneurs grow their brand.
- I used Searles Graphics to help market a real estate listing I had. We went back and forth a few times to figure out a great design and they showed me what the postcards would look like two or three times over that period. I was very happy with the way they turned out and will be using them again for other houses as well as other printing and digital marketing.
- Chris deserves no stars from me. He told me what he expected from me in our first meeting. I was blown away by the requests thinking he was on point and to find out he’s Far from it. He missed his first deadline for my website after I gave him a deposit. When you expect something from your clients and voice it you should make sure your 100%. Especially with your prices. Maybe you were 100% before taking on printing for health care facilities but the fact of the matter is your not true and it’s unfair to me. I have an elementary website that I have paid over 6k for. It’s garbage and I’m laughed at by my new webmaster. Supposedly printers that put up a front for digital advertising is common. I found this out after Chris stuck it to me. I did my research and Chris is a full blown printer. I told Chris how unhappy I am and I simply want back a small refund and he will not see it. The arrogance factor is gross. Chris needs to Go back to school and learn how to listen instead of talking all of the time. It was convenient for you to take your disgusting website down before it was fixed or done the right way. You must really see how horrible it was. If you didn’t feel it was elementary why would you remove it so fast? You could’ve showed how great it was. Put it back up for all of your clients to see. You FAILED. Face it. It doesn’t make you a bad person, arrogance is a horrible trait. YOU DID MISS A DEADLINE, and YOU PRINTED THE WRONG PHONE NUMBERS ON THE FIGHT LIKE A GIRL water bottle labels. The breast cancer benefit I sponsored. The LABELS for the water bottles had the wrong phone number on them. You missed my label order for my home show. You are now a LIAR as well. I do not lie.
