It's really great to see the daily improvement in this agency. You just never get tired of constantly learning and implementing. 🤷♀️ - Flexibility can be experienced here in practice, and there is constant learning every day.
- I was looking for an internship and came across a job advertisement from Schleier IT. First I sent the lady who is responsible for these matters an email and after days I got no answer. Then I had to write to the company manager, Mr. Schleier, who then answered my questions and then applied. After a waiting period of 3 months, I asked the lady about the status of my application and received the following answer: "We're sorry, but your application has ended up in our spam folder". I mean, every normal company checks all mailboxes, especially the spam folders have to be checked more often. I had already written to the lady last year about a working student job and an internship, but there was also no answer at the time. So that needs to be worked on urgently. Unfortunately, I have to rate my application process and the handling of concerns on the part of the lady who is responsible for these processes as negative. Nevertheless, all the best and thanks for the experience! :)
