Awesome Experience all around. The owners treat you like family. Chuck was Amazing! Brian the graphic artist is Brilliant! I would highly recommend anyone to them. - Nice enough owner with good conversation skills but Very poor communication and follow-up skills! 45 days after deposit and still no sign, no ETA, no return phone calls, no returned emails, I have to call to follow up on the follow ups! When they say they're going to get back with you, they don't. Tired of wasting my time calling. Been 2 days on a return call for an update. Was supposed to have an ETA 7 days ago and 7 days before that! I've had 3 channel letter signs done in 5 years in different cities and it's never taken this long with such poor service! I'm a patient person but at some point c'mon... At some point the only thing I want to chat about is when my sign will be installed!
