There are projects, products and services that we should try to protect. Things that matter and people that care. These people often struggle to put the word out there simply because they care so much for their craft that there is no time for the rest. These "rest" are my craft and what I love to be doing.
My work is to make sure what goes out there aligns with who you are. Who you are for, what you stand against, what someone should feel and remember when your name comes up. Positioning, competitive analysis, audience definition, naming and verbal identity, written down in plain language so that anyone who ever makes anything for you can pick it up and build from it.
Twelve years of graphic design sit underneath the strategy. This means what I hand over is buildable rather than theoretical. I have had to execute enough strategy documents to know which ones turn out to be useless on the other side of the desk.
How an engagement runs. First a 30-minute sandbox session, free, to work out whether we are a fit, and I will tell you if we are not. Then a deep dive into your industry, your competition, and the people who already choose you. Then a positioning workshop. Then the written strategy itself.
Who it tends to suit: founders and independent professionals who are genuinely good at what they do and cannot work out why that is not landing. When the work is fine and the language around it is not.
I work from Ikaria, remotely, in English and Greek. The practice is deliberately small, a handful of clients a year.
What I will not take on: anything I would be uncomfortable explaining. Nothing aimed at selling rubbish to children, nothing that feels grey on ethics, no tobacco products and no gambling.
