Pricing is a single flat fee of $1,000 per month regardless of ad spend, month to month with 30 days notice, no setup fee and no percentage of spend. The ad account is opened in the client's name and stays there. RYN takes one client per metro.

What separates the work is diagnosis. Most agencies run the same optimization checklist, and that checklist is necessary, but it is also why an account can look healthy in every report while the phone stays quiet. The defects that actually stop a lead from reaching a contractor are usually one-off faults nobody thought to check for: a conversion action quietly demoted to secondary, so the bidding algorithm has been learning from the wrong signal for months; a contact form that submits successfully and delivers nothing; call tracking that counts a four second hangup as a qualified lead. None of these are visible from inside the Google Ads interface unless someone goes looking for them.

The engagement runs in three stages.

First, a free audit that identifies where spend is leaking, written in plain English, before anything is billed. Clients keep the findings whether they hire RYN or not.

Second, build and tracking. Campaign structure on exact and phrase match with extensive negative keyword lists, dynamic number insertion, calls of 60 seconds or longer counted as qualified leads, form events, and a clean GA4 import. This is the stage most agencies skip or get wrong.

Third, ongoing management. A search term sweep every 24 hours that adds negatives, promotes winners and cuts waste. Weekly Quality Score work on headlines, assets and landing page match. Continuous responsive search ad testing across ad groups. Plain English monthly reporting, signed off by a senior strategist rather than generated by a tool.

Services are deliberately limited to four: Google Ads management, Local Services Ads, conversion tracking, and AI search and GEO optimization. RYN does not sell SEO retainers, social media management, brand awareness campaigns, or display and YouTube spend without a conversion goal, and refers that work out rather than bundling it.

RYN Digital is run by Harham Maeng, previously Marketing Director at Niantic, the studio behind Pokemon GO, from April 2020 to May 2024, and Senior Digital Marketing Manager at ASTOUND Group from May 2024 to March 2025. He audits the account, fixes it, and answers the phone afterward. Clients work with him directly rather than with an account manager.
