RS Photography is an event photography and videography company in Singapore, founded in 2013 by Ricky Ee and run today as a single in-house crew of ten: photographers, videographers and live-streaming engineers who work from one brief and one schedule. We cover the corporate and public-sector calendar: conferences and summits, trade exhibitions, product launches, gala dinners, award ceremonies, community parades and school events, in venues from Marina Bay Sands and Capella to the F1 Pit Building and hotel ballrooms.
What clients hire us for is turnaround. Every shoot comes with an edited, downloadable gallery within 48 hours. When the organiser needs to publish while the event is still running, our EXPRESS 24 service delivers first selects within the hour and the full edited gallery within 24 hours. On the video side we produce highlight reels, corporate and interview films and multi-camera event recordings, and we live-stream to the client's platform with our own crew.
The public sector is a large part of our work. RS Photography is registered on GeBIZ (UEN 53232305W) and has been awarded 29 government contracts since 2013, for ministries, statutory boards, schools and the People's Association. We hold bizSAFE Level 3 (certificate E50719), which clears the workplace-safety requirement that most agency and venue procurement now asks for. Private clients include conference organisers, exhibition contractors and corporate marketing teams; the same crew has been rated 4.9 stars across 298 Google reviews and named in SME500 Singapore in 2023 and 2024.
We also run photo booths for exhibitions and dinners on our own equipment: instant-print, GIF and boomerang, a 360 booth and an AI photo booth.
Pricing is fixed and written before the day: event photography from S$600 nett, videography and live streaming quoted per crew and per hour, and no GST added because we are not GST-registered. Every job has a named lead photographer or videographer, and the director's own contact for the client.
