ROZUM works with small businesses and agencies that have outgrown referrals but have not built anything to replace them. The work is good, and clients are happy, but growth has stalled because there is no system behind the word of mouth.

We step in and build that system. The specifics depend on the client, but the work usually covers four areas: positioning, so the business can describe what it does and who it is for in a way that actually lands; content strategy tied to search, so the right people find them when they go looking; new business infrastructure, meaning the materials, processes, and outreach rhythms that turn interest into conversations; and search visibility, so Google understands what the business does and where it does it.

Maria Robles founded ROZUM after spending over a decade in senior growth and business development roles at multicultural agencies, working across Fortune 100 and 500 accounts. The pattern she kept seeing was the same: smaller companies doing excellent work with almost no visibility outside their existing network. ROZUM exists to fix that specific problem.

We are based in New York and work with clients across the US and Canada. Most of our clients are service businesses, consultancies, and agencies with five to fifty people who know they need to grow more deliberately but are not sure where to start.
