RootRace Software Solutions was founded on 5th December 2024 by a multi-disciplinary team of four engineers and designers based in Kochi, Kerala, India. Divya Suresh (Managing Director), Aswathy Suresh (Director), Joys Johney (Director), and Abhith N (Director). The founding team identified a significant gap in the Indian software market: the absence of a studio that could combine enterprise-grade engineering rigour with a genuine design-first culture. Rather than building another commoditised vendor, they set out to create a selective, engineering-led practice where every client engagement is treated as a professional craft not a transaction. Divya leads the company's strategic direction and client partnerships, bringing both technical depth and business acumen. Aswathy bridges design thinking with delivery management, ensuring every project is executed with creativity and rigour. Joys oversees software architecture and engineering standards, with expertise spanning backend systems and cloud infrastructure. Abhith drives product innovation and technology strategy, ensuring engineering delivery consistently meets the highest professional standards. The name RootRace reflects the founding philosophy: address the root of every problem, and deliver solutions that stay consistently ahead of the curve.
