RoboMarketing is a Romanian business automation and AI implementation company, founded in 2019 by Adrian Ulmeanu, an engineer with more than 30 years in IT and digitization. We build AI agents and automations, put them into production, and keep them running. The work is measured, not demonstrated.

From a smart assistant to an operating system for my agency
I have been running my agency on robOS, the system Adrian Ulmeanu and RoboMarketing built on top of Claude, since June. Three months in, I honestly can't imagine going back. Before robOS I was already using Claude every day, but every conversation started from zero. I kept explaining the same projects, the same decisions and the same rules again and again. robOS fixed that in the first week. It remembers what I did yesterday, what we decided last month and what is still open. I start a new session and it already knows where we left off. Here is what I have built with it so far: • web applications, including an online course platform with payments and an ordering platform for restaurants • WordPress and WooCommerce websites for clients in Romania and Germany, multilingual ones included • technical SEO audits, followed by the actual implementation, not just a report • automation pipelines for content, video and outreach • AI agents for WhatsApp and voice, which I am building right now Right now I have more than twenty projects running in parallel, and nothing gets lost between them. Every project keeps its own context, decisions and history. What I appreciate most is that robOS doesn't just follow instructions. It has discipline built in: it writes its own daily memory, it stops risky operations on my files before they happen, and it learns from my corrections, so the same mistake doesn't come back. You can feel that it was built by someone with more than 30 years in IT and automation. New versions keep coming, and every update makes the system noticeably better.
