Rhomn & Co is a small design and engineering studio based on Montenegro's Adriatic coast. Since 2022 we have designed and built websites, web applications and AI systems for businesses.
Most clients come to us with one practical problem: enquiries go unanswered after hours, the website brings no leads, or a manual process eats hours every week. We start from that problem, not from a template. Every project opens with a written scope and user flows, so both sides agree on what gets built before any code is written. We then put a working first version in front of real users early and improve it from how they actually use it.
What we build:
- Websites and online shops, designed and coded from scratch and set up for search from the first day.
- Web applications and SaaS products, with user accounts, databases, payments and admin panels.
- AI chatbots and automation that answer customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and the phone, take bookings, send reminders and ask for reviews.
- SEO and growth work aimed at search traffic and enquiries.
- US company (LLC) and Stripe setup for founders in Serbia and Montenegro who need to sell and get paid internationally.
A few examples: a website for Quadomania, which runs guided quad tours in Durmitor National Park and had relied on word of mouth; Hotel AI, which brings guest messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and email into one place to reply from; Montenegro Legal Vault, which turns Montenegrin law from scanned gazette pages into searchable text; and CS2Offer, a marketplace for trading CS2 skins with offers and bundles.
We also run our own products. iButler is a QR-based digital concierge for hotels, and Rhomn Systems answers, books, reminds and follows up for clinics, salons, trades and hotels. Building for ourselves keeps our advice grounded in what works in production.
We keep the team small on purpose and take on a handful of projects at a time, so you work directly with the people designing and building your product.
