Yumasoft has been a trusted partner to ManualMaster, a leading Dutch company specializing in document management solutions, for over 15 years. Together, we have developed innovative solutions to improve document consistency and streamline workforce training. Two key projects demonstrate the depth of our collaboration: the Document Management Software for automating document consistency and the Q-Learning module for modernizing training processes.

Document Management Software – Automated Document Consistency and Tracking:
To address challenges in managing large volumes of documents, Yumasoft developed custom plugins for Word, Excel, and Visio, enabling seamless integration of dynamic variable elements directly into documents. This solution ensures real-time consistency across documents, reducing errors and manual updates. Additionally, the system integrates with web browsers to allow users to access and view the most current versions of documents online.

Q-Learning – Workforce Training Modernization:
In response to the growing need for scalable and efficient workforce training, we developed the Q-Learning module. This web-based platform allows employees to complete interactive training surveys, with automatic validation and instant feedback. By digitizing and automating the training process, ManualMaster’s clients can offer personalized learning experiences, improving the effectiveness and scalability of their training programs.
