* Voltage Fluctuation: IoT System will receive voltage rating from hardware device. Whenever the voltage level remains lower than rated voltage limit, the IoT system will deliver notification (Alarm or Text message) to the operator or system administrator so that necessary measures can be taken immediately. As like as Voltage levels following parameters can also be monitored:

· Current Flow

· Power Factor

· Temperature

· Insulation Resistance

· Frequency

** Note : IoT software can represent the above data if those types of data can be captured by hardware devices.

* Demand Measurement: How much power (KwH) will be required for each machine of the factory, it can be visualized by IoT software. That means gross demand of the factory can also be monitored easily. This IoT system will show the power demand as per user's requirement i.e hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.

* Machine runtime and machine rating will be required for gross demand measurement.

* Energy Measurement: How many machines are running at any specific time and how much power is consumed by each machine that can be seen by IoT software. Hence, realtime actual power consumption can be monitored easily.

* Number of Total Machines and others Appliances (Exhaust Fans, Light, AC)

** Number of Running Machines

* During off peak hours unused appliances will be switched off.

** Number of Active & Idle Smart Devices

2.4 Energy Consumption and Cost Calculation Chart: This chart will show the amount of electricity

received from grid source and solar source. This chart will also represent valuation of electricity received from both sources i.e. each time how much (in BDT) electricity is coming from grid and solar.

* System will fix a target, how much electricity will be obtained from solar and how much from the grid based on the previous day’s actual usages.

** Actual unit price of grid power and solar power is required to calculate Energy cost calculation.

* Consumption Tracking: This chart will show separate weekly consumption data for both sources (grid and solar).

* Alert System: If machines face any type of problem or malfunction, the IoT software will generate alerts to the user or administrator.

* Power Flow Chart / Power Graph:

* SDB (System Distribution Board) Control Panel: Any Machine can be controlled from IoT software i.e Remote monitoring and controlling.
