Opportunity / Challenge
Fulcrum Labs engaged us to manage the migration and modernization of their platform. The project required expert custom software development and QA to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining operational excellence. Our challenge was to replace their existing system with a more scalable and efficient solution using Python, React JS, and AWS, all while keeping infrastructure costs low.

Solution
Our selection was based on a strong recommendation from Fulcrum’s CTO Adviser, who had previously worked with our founders. We assembled a dedicated team of 10-12 QTeam members, including Director-level experts in software development and QA. Our responsibilities encompassed everything from developing the new application to providing automated QA and leveraging AWS for optimal performance. We collaborated closely with Fulcrum’s US-based teams, ensuring a smooth integration and scaling process.
