So the purpose of this article is not to brag, but to show you the way:

I chose a random client who recently came in and I'll tell you;

How we increased organic traffic and most importantly sales

The first thing I do, even before the client comes to me, is a neat review of the site.

I check where its flaws are, whether it's on a technical level (speed, 404, 301 loops) or on a design level (doesn't catch the eye of the surfer), or on a textual level (doesn't motivate action and explains what the business is about in a simple way).

And recently also in relation to the issue of organic promotion in GPT, how well it is adapted to AI engines.

So what did I find?

There was no content in any of the categories, at least not good content. This is how they work with "factory companies"

A sitemap was not sent to AI engines

There were a lot of harmful links to the site from previous "factory companies"

Optimization was non-existent, again at least not good

It made me realize that I could take the client and do an excellent job with him, and how right I was 😊

Here's what happened day after day

As soon as he logged in and we took permissions, we mapped all his errors like this:

Critical errors - like disconnecting harmful links and optimizing and content for the main categories

Normal errors - like sending a sitemap to AI engines

Warnings - like optimizing for products

That day, we divided tasks among the team:

Copywriter - starts writing the texts for category pages

SEO person - starts optimizing and disconnecting the harmful links

Campaigner - there Heatmap and looks at the process the user goes through to improve the conversion rate

Content writer – starts writing content for links that will enter his site

Designer (and in his case also a programmer) – looks at the code and performs the tasks that the SEO person asked them to. In this case, arranging a folder, cleaning up code, and more. And our designer doesn't design in Canva from scratch but in professional Photoshop 😊

It took us a few days. We don't delay.

Check after a few days, and we've already moved the needle from a result of 6 in a super competitive phrase to 4. Amazing, the direction is good.
