How does that work?

Many software businesses, especially agencies, have problems hiring great people fast. It's an industry problem already, and many companies try outsourcing and fail along the way.

We have tried to work with companies in India, Vietnam, Pakistan - but in the end it never worked out:

Too many people in one office. If one quits, so do his buddies
Hourly rates too high (see Ukraine) or too low (see India/Pakistan where you can expect to get mostly juniors)
Management is there, and good, but in the end needs to translate every ticket.

So we tried to be different.

With Pairing, you can book a team that's fully managed by European senior managers, and it includes 3-5 developers, according to your stack and your size.

Our teams are fully remote, meaning we don't have clusters of developers in one location
Everyone learns great English
We are able to get great people who want to work from home

I myself am a German senior developer and I am vetting every developer myself.
