JomeTech Africa was honored to work with the Tripartite Negotiating Forum (TNF) in developing a comprehensive, user-friendly, and responsive website to serve as the cornerstone for social dialogue in Zimbabwe. The TNF brings together the Government, Organised Business, and Organised Labour to address socio-economic issues, and the new website serves as a key platform for fostering consultation and cooperation among these stakeholders.

The website was developed to provide easy access to essential information about the TNF, its functions, departments, and key services. The project involved designing a sleek and professional layout while maintaining a focus on accessibility and usability for all visitors. Features include:

About Us Section: Detailed information about TNF’s mission, history, and role in Zimbabwe’s socio-economic landscape.
Department and Service Descriptions: Clear presentation of the TNF’s different departments, including Programmes and Policy Implementation, Legal Services Unit, Human Resources, and more, outlining their core functions and services.
Event and News Updates: A dynamic section to showcase upcoming events, news, and important milestones like the ILO Director General’s Historic Visit to Zimbabwe, keeping stakeholders up to date with developments.
Contact & Subscription: A dedicated section for users to easily get in touch with the TNF via multiple contact points, including phone numbers and email addresses. Additionally, a newsletter subscription form allows visitors to stay informed about TNF's latest activities and announcements.
Stakeholder Information: TNF’s primary stakeholders such as the Government, Organized Labour, and Business are highlighted, ensuring transparency and easy access to important information.

JomeTech Africa ensured that the website was fully optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, providing a seamless browsing experience. Additionally, the site was built with SEO optimization and social media integration to improve visibility and engagement with the broader public.

This project allowed JomeTech Africa to showcase its skills in web development, responsive design, and SEO while contributing to the advancement of social dialogue in Zimbabwe. The website is now a vital tool in supporting TNF’s mission and fostering a collaborative environment for all involved parties.
