The client sought to generate comprehensive business intelligence reports by consolidating data from their primary platforms: BIZOM and SAP. However, syncing data between the two platforms posed a significant challenge. Additionally, using APIs directly for data retrieval would impact the performance of the BI reports.

Data Extraction:
Innovatics implemented scheduled data extraction from POS, BIZOM, SAP etc. every 30 minutes to ensure the availability of the latest data. A log mechanism was set up to track activities, data pull, and any failures, facilitating easy issue resolution.

Transformation and Mapping:
Innovatics collaborated with support teams from both BIZOM, SAP and more to establish clear data mappings and object structures. This ensured accurate data transfer across platforms.

Pipeline Development:
Innovatics developed dedicated pipelines, including 40+ pipelines for data retrieval and specific requirements. The pipelines facilitated seamless data integration, combining automated and manual data pulls.
