In this project, I collaborated with a U.S.-based courier service provider aiming to scale its local and nationwide presence. The client was struggling with low online visibility, inconsistent web traffic, and minimal lead generation through organic channels. They needed a digital growth strategy that could bring in long-term, sustainable results — and that’s where I came in.

Project Objective:
To increase brand visibility, drive targeted traffic, and generate qualified leads through SEO, ultimately boosting online bookings and customer inquiries.

My Role & Strategy:

As the SEO specialist on this project, I conducted an in-depth audit of their existing website and local SEO performance. Based on this analysis, I developed a tailored SEO roadmap focusing on:

Keyword Research & Optimization: Identified high-converting, location-specific keywords relevant to the courier/logistics industry (e.g., “same day courier service [city name]”, “emergency package delivery USA”, etc.).
On-Page SEO: Optimized meta tags, content structure, internal linking, and CTAs across all service pages to improve crawlability and conversion rate.
Local SEO: Set up and optimized Google Business Profile listings for multiple service areas, implemented schema markup, and built NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all directories.
Content Strategy: Created SEO-friendly blog posts, FAQs, and service landing pages targeting customer pain points and seasonal demands in the logistics space.
Technical SEO: Improved site speed, mobile responsiveness, and fixed crawl errors to enhance user experience and search engine performance.
Link Building: Executed a white-hat backlink strategy to strengthen domain authority using niche directories, guest posts, and PR campaigns.

Results Achieved (Within 6 Months):

180% increase in organic traffic
400% growth in local map pack visibility
Top 3 Google rankings for 25+ industry keywords
3X increase in online quote requests and contact form submissions
Expansion into 3 new service regions based on new leads

This project not only helped the courier business scale rapidly across the U.S. but also established a strong digital footprint that continues to bring in high-quality leads organically.
