A lot has happened during the remarkable history of Pure PPF, a luxury car detailing company in Bristol, since 2015. The company director wanted to expand it to accommodate luxury car collectors, sponsorship clubs, auto communities, and professional detailers and installers. The company devised a strategy of premiumisation, and the website redesign that Pure PPF wanted was part of a broader branding strategy. Challenge

Creating a website for a brand that is going premium is not easy, as the type of consumers that we have to please become high-end and exclusive. However, we were given a free hand to get into the website redesign process as we deemed fit. The biggest challenge for us was to incorporate the present and in-progress elements with modern aesthetics in the web design. Improving a site visually and structurally and making it faster, user-friendly, and easier to manage from the back end is a relatively common practice whenever a business is undergoing a transformation, and we followed the same process when dealing with our Pure PPF clients. Furthermore, to drive more queries from luxury consumers, we had to make changes to several components at once.

Solution

Our web redesign project was mainly concerned with updating the structure of the website. With clear navigation, the website offered car detailing, and paint protection services, and smarter product pages were incredibly useful in a competitive environment. SEO strategy and graphic designs also improved the organic visibility of the website.

Result

The client had high expectations from the web design process and deadlines, and Global Bay delivered on both fronts. The original website was redesigned to make the business profitable, improve user engagement, decrease the bounce rate, and scale alongside the business.
