Company : G42 Healthcare is a leading AI-powered healthcare company in the UAE.

Project Requirement: Design and deploy an elegant interior for a VIP Boardroom for a company.

Challenges: The company had to look for different vendors, including an interior designing vendor for building elegant infrastructure and an IT vendor for setting up a top-class wireless video conferencing system with an interactive display for presentations.

Major challenges were:

1. The company had VIP visitors from the Ministry of Defense for a presentation, and their secured laptop restricted the use of USB dongles or third-party software. The presentation had to be given wirelessly without plugging in the USB dongle or installing any screen share software, and it could be on either Windows OS or Mac OS.

2. The boardroom was a 20-seater boardroom, and it was difficult to view the screen from a distance on the other end. If the size was big, it would be difficult to write on the interactive whiteboard. The top brand auto-tracking cameras for video conferencing did not have the finest clarity on a 15-meter length where the CEO seats on the other end of the camera placed above the screen.

3. The requirement was also to switch different output to different screens, control sound, and switch on/off different screens and cameras wirelessly using a tablet.

4. Complete table microphone, laptop microphone, auto-tracking camera, LED all-in-one display, interactive display, sound control, and light with different presentation modes had to be controlled wirelessly.

Solution:

1. A system was deployed that supports wireless broadcast on both Windows and Mac operating systems, eliminating the need for USB dongles or screen share software for wireless presentations.

2. A customized user-friendly software interface was designed on an Apple iPad Tablet, integrating it with Video and Audio Controller to control wirelessly produce the output on different screens, input from different microphones, i.e., table, camera, and laptop microphone, control volume of ceiling speakers, and also turn on/off screens and cameras.

3. A very elegant quality interior was built for such a VIP Boardroom, which was appreciated by the client and VIP visitors who visited this boardroom. The remote controls different light modes for presentation and a complete wireless interface to control the devices.

Solution eliminated the need of interacting with multiple vendors.
