Our client, a growing retail business operating 12 physical stores and an online shop, faced challenges in making timely, data-driven decisions. Their reporting process was manual and scattered across Excel files and various backend exports. Store managers and executives lacked real-time visibility into inventory, sales, and promotion performance. The company approached DKey Business Solutions seeking an affordable but effective BI solution that could unify data, automate reporting, and support growth.

Data audit & KPI design:

Data integration:
