This project is a multi-tenant SaaS platform built for a hospitality business managing several guest houses across multiple locations. The client needed a unified system that could centralize bookings, payments, guest management, and property operations while integrating seamlessly with third-party booking channels. Their previous workflow relied on multiple disconnected tools, creating data inconsistencies, manual workload, and a fragmented experience for staff and guests.

To address these challenges, I designed and developed a fully scalable platform using Laravel 12, Vue 3, Inertia.js, and Tailwind CSS, supported by Spatie Permissions and a Filament-powered admin panel. The architecture isolates each property securely while allowing the owner to manage everything through a single, intuitive dashboard.

Core features include:

Real-time availability and calendar management for all properties
Multi-channel booking integration, including Booking.com and Airbnb
Role-based access control for owners, managers, receptionists, and guests
Centralized guest profiles with history, preferences, and stay details
Automated payment processing and financial reports
Operational tools such as check-in/out tracking, housekeeping status, and activity logs
Unified admin panel for system settings, users, permissions, and analytics

Throughout development, I prioritized performance, security, and ease of use. Inertia.js provided a smooth, app-like experience, while Laravel handled API logic, queue jobs, and background tasks. The result is a platform that scales effortlessly as new properties are added, channels expand, or user roles increase.

Impact

The platform transformed daily operations for the client by consolidating all properties, bookings, and financial data into one system. It significantly reduced manual errors, improved response times, and simplified communication between staff. The integration with major booking platforms expanded their visibility and occupancy, while guests benefited from a smoother and more consistent booking journey.

Overall, the solution provided a secure, modern, and scalable foundation for the client’s hospitality operations, enabling better decision-making, higher efficiency, and a stronger digital presence.
