Bharat Drone Shakti 2023 was a first-of-its-kind drone exhibition and live demonstration hosted jointly by the Indian Air Force and the Drone Federation of India (DFI) on 25–26 September 2023 at the Air Force Station, Hindan. Inaugurated by the Defence Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh, the event showcased the capabilities of more than 75 drone start-ups, highlighting India’s rapid advancements in both civilian and military drone technology.

CandidShutters Media was commissioned as the Corporate Photographers in Delhi NCR to provide end-to-end photography and videography coverage for this large-scale aerospace showcase. The brief demanded extensive documentation of the exhibition, VVIP movements, high-speed aerial demonstrations, and detailed Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) coverage to support corporate reporting, archival use and immediate social media requirements.

A specially curated 24-member CS Media crew—including photographers, videographers, an FPV drone operator, on-ground editors, a creative director, and support staff—was deployed across the Hindan Airbase to ensure seamless, multi-angle coverage. The team captured dynamic demonstrations of survey drones, agriculture drones, heavy-lift logistics systems, tactical surveillance UAVs, loitering munition systems, drone swarms, and counter-drone technologies. The induction of the C-295 MW transport aircraft, a major milestone reinforcing India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat vision, was also documented with precision.

Key deliverables included a comprehensive BTS archive, fast-paced short-form social media content, coverage of public engagement zones, and storytelling-driven visuals that showcased the event’s scale, innovation, and national significance. With a turnaround time of just 15 days, CS Media delivered a complete visual narrative that amplified the event’s impact across traditional and digital platforms.

This prestigious assignment strengthened CS Media’s position among the best corporate photographers in Delhi for technically demanding exhibitions and defence-sector events, reflecting our capability to handle high-stakes, large-format projects with creativity and precision.
