After narrowing down over 500 keywords, we felt drawn towards the words Sleek - Welcoming - Innovative. We learned and narrowed our Color + Type, Textures, and Patterns, and put ourselves in the hearts and minds of your audience.

We created a User Persona for the Fairview Brand. This helps us understand their audience a little better. User Personas help us make better-informed decisions as it relates to User Experience and Advertising goals.

According to GT Metrix, a Website Performance test, the Fairview Website jumped from a 40% E rating to a 100% A rating on Performance and Speed.
