Live at Heart, an annual music festival in Örebro, Sweden, required an efficient system to manage artist and delegate applications, plan events, and provide role-based functionality. We took on the challenge and designed and developed a web-based booking system that has revolutionized the festival's organization and efficiency.

The system seamlessly handles applications from both artists and delegates, eliminating the need for manual processes and saving time and resources. Festival administrators can easily review and approve applications on a centralized platform, providing an overview of all participants.

In addition to application management, the system also facilitates event planning. Festival organizers can create and manage events, including stages, artist performances, and schedules, all from an intuitive interface. This provides a structured overview of the festival and optimizes the planning process.

To ensure appropriate access levels and effective communication, we have implemented role-based logins. The system has three user roles:

Festival Administrator: Full access to all system features
Technician: Access to artist information and their technical requirements
Artist: Ability to create and edit profile, upload materials, and view application status
