I loved working with Tommy and Return On Now. He was super helpful in helping me set up my website, optimize it for SEO so it would rank, and getting my business on the local maps index. He worked directly on creating the copy for the website and making sure I had the right keywords on all of the pages. He also helped me understand the process of getting onto Google My Business, which placed me on the map for local searches. He is knowledgeable, clear and has such a positive attitude! I’d recommend Return On Now to any start-up business or business that needs to be found on the internet.

In our experience, their SEO, PPC, and analytics services are some of the most effective and consistent we’ve encountered. In addition to being efficient and pleasant to work with, nobody we’ve met keeps current on digital marketing trends more than they do. Tommy has a knack for cutting through noise. He knows what will move the needle for a business, including how our customers will interact with our website. One thing about their SEO and digital services is that it takes time for traffic data to accumulate before some types of improvements can be put into place. In our most recent B to B project, the leads are high value but not that high in volume. When they first started on the project, and after major changes to our website or landing pages they stayed the course, and advised us to be patient so they can make decisions supported by data. Highly recommended and if I could give them 6 stars I sure would.

I worked with Tommy Landry for multiple months and am sad to report, it was a terrible experience that has left me worst of then when I started. After initially speaking to Tommy, I had a positive impression. He looked at my account he assured was confident he would get great results and even stated that he would do even better than “the last guy did”. Unfortunately after two months of the worst AdWords results I have ever had in 10 years ( no results). After two months it was clear he had given up and no longer wanted my business. He told me he didn’t know why I wasn’t getting any new leads, definitely not what you want to hear from someone you have hired for their expertise. He collected my money for a third month despite doing no real work and admitting he couldn’t figure out what the problem was before the month had even begun. At this time I decided to move on and asked for a refund before the third month was even over. After such a waste of money and horrific experience, I was shocked when he wouldn’t refund one month of his management fee as I requested. Instead he complained about how many hours he put into my account among other things. I would recommend for others to stay far away and look elsewhere for your AdWords management needs. I got ZERO new clients in a 3 month span and wasted thousands of dollars.

I have been collaborating with Tommy for some years now since my move to Austin in 2015. I have had interactions with several different marketers and have found Tommy to be the most trusted and reliable resource for business. He is my go to when it comes to SEM / PPC. Tommy is by no means "green" in the digital marketing space. He's very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend him.
