- I worked with Resolution Research to do a phone survey of our members to learn why they weren't using our service. I found the team easy to work with, and they were able to survey a greater number of people than we anticipated. Their help was critical to helping us learn the main reasons our members weren't using our service. I found that responses by the Resolution Research team sometimes were a bit delayed, and I had to ask for some of the information I thought would automatically be shared with me, but overall, I'm happy with my experience. I would definitely work with them again.
