    We are SO GRATEFUL for Zeeshan! We signed up with RemoteFace a few months ago, and our experience has been consistently awesome. Here are the highlights: - He can do ANYTHING. We are SO impressed with his skills! No matter how complicated a request sounds, he finds a way to achieve what we want or need, and gets it done fast. Better yet, it works! - He’s lightning-fast, especially if we mark a request “urgent.” Even for non-urgent requests, we’ve never waited more than a couple of days. If he’s going to need more time, he takes the initiative to sends updates. We never have to wonder if he’s forgotten us, or is on task. He's reliably ON IT! - He’s dedicated to getting things done. No request gets pushed to the side; we don’t have to track what we’ve asked for, because he comes through, consistently. He works VERY hard, and often very late -- sometimes we see a test purchase come through after midnight on a holiday weekend, for instance. - His communication skills are fantastic. Not only does he get back to us within minutes or at most a couple of hours, he’s always exceptionally courteous and professional. He always treats us like a top priority, even though we know he has much bigger clients. - His work holds together! When some of our previous developers told us something was fixed, we had to check for ourselves, and almost always discovered remaining (or worse, additional) problems. This was VERY frustrating and took tons of our time. When Zeeshan fixes something, he explains what was wrong, how he fixed it, and he tests it. He uses terms and screenshots that make everything easy to understand. And once he fixes something, it stays fixed. And he always creates backups! - His rates are very reasonable. Previous developers charged us much more, for work that came undone and cost us more time and money. Zeeshan accomplishes more for less, and gets it right the first time, and in a fraction of the time. - He takes the load off us – automatically does plugin updates, proactively ASKED us to forward any warning emails, and completely handles everything without even being asked. - He’s extraordinarily easy to work with. We drove up to Fremont to meet him, after he’d helped us perfectly with several tasks, but before we signed up with him – we were thinking maybe he was too good to be true. But one meeting and we knew he was just what he seemed by e-mail: one of those rare people truly dedicated to customer service, with all the skills to come through. We're 100% thrilled to be on board with RemoteFace!

    There are many talented and proficient designers and media professionals who will never understand what RemoteFace has mastered. Customer Service is prioritized. The creative ability and technical are on point but it is the way they handle the project with unhurried communication, friendly and helpful, and in the years I have worked with them I have never been delayed or had trouble reaching them. No one like Remote Face which is why they are my go to.
