- If I had looked at the numerous meaningful online reviews of RegioHelden and Ströer Online Marketing beforehand, this expensive lesson would have been spared. One of the company's salespeople called me and suggested that I place ads over the Ströer network. The aim was to generate leads for our company events. Since we only had a relatively small budget available, the sales representative advised me against Adwords and suggested the product Native Ad-Out. The costs amounted to 600 € per month with a 6 month contract term. After the ads started, my campaign manager looked at how well they were performing, referring to the click rates. However, we ultimately generated exactly 0 leads via this campaign in 6 months. For me as an entrepreneur it seems rather strange and unrealistic to describe such a campaign as "performs well". But that was only the beginning of the madness with Ströer Online Marketing. The campaign then ran shortly after the first lockdown in 2020 and the demand for company events was low. I suggested pausing the campaign for a few months. The campaign manager did that too, which I give him credit for. During this time, I was in contact with my campaign manager's vacation replacement. When I complained to her that after about € 1,000 had been used up, no leads had been generated, she casually mentioned that it was also strange that the product Native Ad-Out was suggested to us for lead generation. With this product, you yourself are mainly responsible for donation and image campaigns, not lead campaigns. Instead, we should have used Adwords. To summarize again: An employee of Ströer Online Marketing told me that the product that was sold to me was not well suited for what we actually wanted to achieve. This statement was later confirmed to me by the actual campaign manager. Against the background that a better product exists for our purposes and the ROI is completely unacceptable (0 inquiries at 600 € per month), I asked to change the product or to terminate the contract immediately, because I was apparently wrongly advised and now Burn money. Ströer rejected both. On the one hand, this is your right; on the other hand, I am of the opinion that the sales department knowingly offered and sold the wrong product and that I can now pay for it. What crowned the barrel was my campaign manager's suggestion to book the more suitable Adwords instead. It seems to me that Ströer Online Marketing first sells the customer a less suitable product and then, if this does not achieve the desired results, it wants to sell the more suitable one in addition. By the way, the promised monthly evaluations only took place on request. Optimizations or conclusions from the figures have either not been made or it has not been communicated to me. The last invoice issued was twice as high as it should have been according to the contract amount. Serious marketing looks different in my world. Summarized: - The sales department sells without any sense or understanding and without responding to the needs of the customers. - The campaign management tries hard, but apparently lives on another planet or has no feeling for the entrepreneurial reality of its customers. The campaign has now been running for half a month. So far, 0 leads have been generated. During the same period, we received many inquiries for the same offers through other marketing channels. Therefore I can only advise against any company ever to work with RegioHelden / Ströer Online Marketing.
- I have had good experience at the company and I am super satisfied with Mr. Olaf Behrens, he helped me a lot in this difficult situation with Corona! Always polite, professional and patient, I am also satisfied with the service! I can only recommend the company!
- Contracts were not properly explained. We could not think of the offer long enough. As of September 19, we have booked 2x advertising walls on one clock. It was threatened that we should always pay our bills on time, otherwise a reminder fee of 100 € will be charged. We always pay our bills on time and the company does not know us at all, because only from September 19 our first bill will be paid. Threat and rip-off at the highest level. After the 24 months we will not renew there.
- No recommendation, just a waste of money and no commercial success. Look for another advertising platform.
- Really bad treatment of employees !!! Hands off. Customers run away screaming. A star is still too much!
