Reflekt Lab is a software studio in Bordeaux. We design custom products, ERPs, CRMs and B2B back-offices, plus the AI that clears the manual data work around them.
The projects that reach us usually replace one of two things: a spreadsheet that quietly became business-critical and now breaks when two people open it, or an ageing ERP that nobody fully understands any more and that no one wants to touch.
We are unusual in two ways. First, we publish our price ranges. Almost nobody in this market does, and a buyer should be able to work out whether a conversation is worth having before filling in a form. Second, when a project needs AI we can run the models on the client's own infrastructure rather than sending data through a third-party API, which matters to anyone working under confidentiality, privilege or GDPR.
We are not only an engineering team: engineering, product and business sit at the same table from the first conversation through to production. We have done this before, together. Hugo co-founded Side, the French temporary-work platform, and saw it through from early fundraising to its sale.
We work with SaaS editors, distributors and SMEs across Europe, Australia and the UAE.
