- Sad to see a company like this empower Civil Enforcement Ltd by creating such a poor website for them. Civil Enforcement are a company that causes so many people so much pain - from court judgements and crippled credit score - mostly the working class. Will never work with a company that supports this such as Reflect Digital do. Unprofessional and only money driven.
