Impossible to get support. Emailed, phoned & logged ticket via portal. Provided detailed information about issue, steps taken to resolve/identify only to receive no response. Tying support via phone, person on reception almost seemed offended that I wanted to speak to support after explaining I had already logged a support ticket over a week ago with no reply. The solution was still to log a ticket. The support/account portal itself worked well, just a problem that I could get no response at all. I gave up as weeks turned into months. My ticket never did receive a response. Services were migrated to another provider and problem being experienced went away. - Terrible customer service. Contacted them on behalf of a client to ask a simple question. No one could help so I left a message and didn’t receive a call back. Had to follow up and still no contact for several days. They seem to have zero focus on customer service. The owner’s angry replies to bad reviews are even more disgusting.
- I have sent multiple requests for assistance over the last 6 months with no response. This company does not respond to requests.
- Am sure they are generally very good but have emailed twice and rung 3 times to ask for access to a business domain have been told 3 times I will be called back but nothing has eventuated yet - looking forward to progressing the issue as need to manage a business transition.
- We have been using Redback for our hosting and site maintenance now for a number of years and I can say the service has been first class. We currently have 5 sites managed with no downtime in the last 2 years that I can remember. The response to maintenance requests has been super fast. Thanks again.
