- I have had a wonderful experience with RPM. I have been working with Zachary Hall and he has been very helpful, responsive and professional. Although my process has taken a while, he has always kept me informed and not becomed overwhelmed with my many questions and persistence. Definitely recommend!
- By far the worst real estate experience I've ever dealt with. Working with Zachary Hall was belittling, condescending, and completely unprofessional, he did not treat me and my family like he would any other client from how he spoke down to his actions. The original move in date for the unit was 10/1 but the property was incomplete, from Oct- Dec we patiently waited on the completion and deed to move forward with the paperwork. When the deed was received Zachary assured me that he had all information needed and would submit my application. That did not happen he actually submitted other applicants and when they didn't go through or offered too low he contacted me to let me know he didn't submit it and that I could act fast to fill out another application. By this time all efforts were exhausted we were no longer interested in working with/through his attitude and unprofessionalism overall. The entire time his focus was money, he would constantly ask if we could afford all the move in fees when told yes time after time he asked to see bank statements to make sure that was true. He made sure to let us know that his job is on the line and that he was important. The discrimination and mistreatment that goes unnoticed against those that aren't as well-off as others is hurtful, company's who represent this should be ashamed.
- The group at Real Property Management Boston have been very responsive to our requests and have done a great job of addressing our needs. Even during Covid 19.
- I used RPM Boston to manage my single unit rental property for four years, including one year when I was overseas. They found quality (paid rent on time, did not damage the unit) tenants quickly, and I always received my payments on time. They always communicated quickly, and took any issues I raised seriously and pursued them to a mutually acceptable resolution. I did feel that I needed to monitor my communications with them closely and occasionally double check figures as there were occasional mistakes that required correction, but as I wrote, once I brought those issues to their attention they were always resolved.
- I hired RPM four years ago to manage my four units in Boston after I relocated to San Francisco. They have been a true partner keeping my tenants happy, maintaining 100% occupancy and minimizing my costs whenever possible. They are extremely organized and quickly take action when any repairs are needed. The team is responsive, friendly and very helpful in all aspects of the business. Zach and Javier do an amazing job finding qualified tenants, Veronica provides detailed updates on the day-to-day operations, and finally Ian and John do an excellent job managing all maintenance jobs going above and beyond. Very thorough and professional all around. I highly recommend using Real Property Management.
