- In an analytics implementation for a shared customer, Reach helped me very well with a number of adjustments within Magento. They do a good job and the communication with Machiel and Arthur was clear and fast! :)
- Warning! Do not do business with this company. I have the same experience as Mr. Mason. Crook! Communicated by phone not wanting to do business via the regular number, it was not difficult to redo. Months later, I received a threatening letter that I have to pay months extra for services not provided. The message was that I had no proof that I no longer wanted to do business. There was no response by email, but a debt collection agency on my roof. My last mail was the question for clarity about what I still have to pay according to them and what terms they think are yet to come. Their response was that they will not provide access to this. So for me it is now just waiting for them to come and paying for everything as soon as they ask for it. Be warned, I now have to take long-winded legal action and hope I am proven right that way. Choose another company, don't take the risk.
- Since we partnered with Reach Digital they have fully taken over our technical development, everything is going smoothly. They have a lot of knowledge about Magento webshops in-house. Respond quickly and clearly (via a clear ticket system) and code neatly. Updates are taken into account and security patches are automatically implemented. The front-end side is also well managed and the extensive Reach Digital framework provides many solutions as standard. In short: we couldn't do better ourselves and are very satisfied with this Magento specialist!
- H&O has carried out a rebuild of the front end for us, so that we can now also serve our webshop visitors via mobile. In addition, a rebuild of imports has ensured that a long-standing problem regarding shoe dimensions has been solved. After a major setback during the New Year, where three of our stores went up in flames, H&O acted quickly to ensure that our webshop could go online again as quickly as possible.
