- Nathan, based on what he said was extensive business experience related to digital marketing, told me that my particular business could be expanded dramatically by investing in Rank Me Locally's SEO services. After my freely admitting my lack of knowledge about the wonders of SEO, Nathan assured me, and confirmed for me in writing, that he was so confident that our project's new business metrics (that he came up with) would be reached within 90 days that Rank Me Locally would return my money in full if they were not. Well, how close did they come? At the end of the 90 day period, which over lapped the holiday shopping time frame, their SEO work produced ZERO in new business. Yes, ZERO! Clearly, it's one thing to do a bad job. It's another thing to position yourself as some kind of internet marketing expert but in truth, have no idea what you're either recommending or "doing" for clients. So, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. That friendly, polished, collaborative sales pitch over the phone is in truth just cunning, desperation, and deception, unfortunately. Here's looking forward to the courts opening up after COVID 19....assuming Rank Me Locally is even based in Philadelphia, as they claim.
- Stay away! this company is a scam. Did nothing for the SEO or Social Media content development. Nathan or other sales men will disappear once he closes the sale. Stay away and save your time and money!
- I wish I could give zero stars. I was very hesitant to use this company because of so many bad reviews, but after continued persistence by the sales person Nathan, I opted to give them a shot. They were fine the first month and a half, then proceeded to send proprietary information of mine to a past client of theirs that was disgruntled, deleted my clients Google analytics accounts without their permission because they had access for reporting purposes, I paid extra for landing pages which were the pages given to them originally, messed up the formatting of websites, and much more... then well over a week ago my contact had a death in the family which I was very understanding about. He assured me his team would be there in his absence. I have sent more messages than I can even count at this point, reaching out to management, reaching out to Nathan, and calling the phone number nonstop which just automatically hangs up on you. Meanwhile we were less than halfway through the month and they owe me not only service but a large refund. Please DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
