One of the best place i've worked in my career. Really profesional environment, friendly people, really great projects, the leadership is expressed at its maximun, support from your collegues and the best of all you can call this place home where you will find people like family alike. So sad that I had to leave but my heart stayed there. - I worked at RWM for 2 years, and it was a great experience. The projects are varied, so there is little to no down time between assignments. Also, the people make it fun, relaxed, and an easy going place to work at. As I recalled, you had direct contact with the client, and getting requirements or clarifications was a breeze. Overall, my tenure was amazing. They gave me the chance to work on iOS almost from scratch, but my team was comprised of experienced developers, so I turned around quickly into a regular dev. RWM is a great place to work at, and I am sure its clients are more than satisfied with what RWM can create

- A very friendly workplace. Cool people, good atmosphere. While working on a project, you can express your opinion and have an impact on what you are working on. You can easily arrange an intermittent working time (e.g. in the case of students), in justified cases, work from home. If you're okay, then you can count on the same for bosses and no one will be making problems. A large variety of implemented projects. Every now and then joint departures and trips were organized. Nice to remember two years spent there.

Everyone shares their knowledge here, you can always count on the friendliness of your friends. Feel the support of the whole team, problems are solved together. High standards of project management are achieved, among others through code review, continuous integration and many tools supporting the programmer in writing clean code. The company cares for the employee. Any type of contract, OK System pass, joint integration events make working at Railwaymen very attractive.
