We work with established brands and sellers on Amazon and Walmart who have outgrown ad-hoc support but do not want to build an in-house marketplace team. Our work sits inside Seller Central and Vendor Central every day: catalog and flat file management, variation and parentage fixes, suppressed listing recovery, account health and policy response, inventory planning and FBA shipment creation, 3PL coordination, advertising operations, and listing copywriting.

The service we are best known for is FBA reimbursement recovery. We audit for lost, damaged and mis-returned inventory and for fee overcharges, then file and track claims through to resolution. It is measurable, it pays for itself, and it shows how we work: find what the numbers say is wrong, document it, fix it.

Qubeq was founded in 2022 and operated as Moiz IT until 2026, when we rebranded. Our operations team is based in Chattogram, Bangladesh, and we serve brands across the United States and Europe.

We also publish a free set of marketplace calculators that anyone can use without signing up. They model the costs sellers usually discover too late: the aged inventory surcharge that jumps from 1.50 to 5.45 US dollars per cubic foot at day 271, the returns processing allowance most sellers do not know they have, the fee cliff between a 9.99 and a 10.00 dollar price, and break-even ACoS calculated from real contribution margin. We maintain a public log of rate changes and of the corrections we have made to our own numbers.
