Qolca Solutions is a development team in Lima, Peru. We are asked, almost always, the same question: our spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools have stopped working for us, so what now? Our answer is to build the system the business actually needs, rather than bending the business around a product designed for someone else.

The work splits into three areas.

Automation. We map a process that currently runs on manual copying between apps, then remove the manual part. Invoicing, payment reconciliation, inventory movements, payroll steps, reporting that someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. In Peru this often means integrating with local realities such as SUNAT electronic invoicing and payment apps, which generic international tools handle badly or not at all.

AI where it earns its place. We build conversational agents for sales qualification, customer support, appointment booking, and internal knowledge search. We are equally willing to say a problem does not need AI. A deterministic script that runs correctly every time beats a language model that is right most of the time, and we would rather tell you that during scoping than discover it after you have paid for it.

Custom internal software. CRMs, operational dashboards, inventory and supply chain systems, and the internal tools that replace the fragile spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch. Built for your workflow, without unused modules or per-seat licensing.

How engagements run. Every project opens with a free discovery call where we scope the problem before quoting. If an existing product solves your problem for less than a custom build, we will point you to it. We work in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, with clients in Peru, Colombia, Chile,

Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and the United States.

Our name comes from qullqa, the Quechua word for the storehouses the Inca built along the road network to hold what communities needed before they needed it. Good internal software does roughly the same job.
