- I came across QeRetail by mere coincidence and I am really glad that I did. An email that arrived into my junk box caught my attention. Typically, I would block and then delete all emais that arrive into my Junk box. However, I was drawn to read this particular email ... which invited me to send for a free mck-up for a new design of my existing Shooify store. I had absolutely no plans to refurbish my website but, due to sheer boredom resulting from the covid isolation, I requested the free mockup. Because of the level of professionalism with which Stephanie Smith, the eCommerce expert, Matt Brown, the Marketing expert, and Hardy Clinto, the Developer, all interacted with me, I signed up for a facelift. In spite of this, I have to admit that I was somewhat apprehesnsive at first but Matt's calm demeanor, his patience with me and his willingness to offer his advice and suggestions just put me so much at ease. Now, I'm the proud owner of one of the best looking websites ever! Thank you guys!! You're the best!!

- We required the migration of our site from Magento to BigCommerce. This was a big project. We contracted with QeRetail after issuing and RFP and going through an extensive review process with several candidates. We found the QeRetail team (lead by Mr. Jerry Johnson) to be very receptive and we engaged in a true team building process. Once we agreed on the full scope and scale of the effort, the QeRetail team began it's extensive process. Throughout the process the QeRetail was diligent, stayed in contact, was responsive and delivered on their promises. Even though the project took longer than expected, the QeRetail team honored their pricing and scope of work agreements and delivered a beautiful, modern and functional site. We launched our site one week before Black Friday and Cyber Monday, a true test by fire. The site performed flawlessly and all orders were received and processed correctly. We strongly recommend QeRetail and appreciate them as professionals and as honorable people that keep their word. We're planning an update to another site that we own and are surely using QeRetail for that.
