QA-PRO helps clients with test automation for Mobile and Web apps. Each client is different, and therefore an individual approach is applied.

We usually write on Java, Kotlin and Javascript, as most used development languages for test automation. Tech-stacks are varying but most often used tools are Selenium, Playwright, and Cypres for Web automation, while Appium, XCUITest and Espresso are most commonly used for mobile automation.

Although the tech-stack if most of the time specific, the process we follow is often close to the one described below and includes three main phases:

QA preliminary analysis

From our experience, a review of the apps and the website with a fresh eye is beneficial to get a good impression of the features. We analyse the Tech-Stack and come up with recommendations and, if necessary, propose adjustment to current solution.

In case automation is at its inception stage, a full automation framework architecture is designed and offered to the client team.

Plan -> do -> review -> adjust

We know how important communication is, therefore we stay in touch with the team at each stage:

• Plans are reviewed and agreed with the team.
• Issues are highlighted and proactively resolved.
• Results are regularly presented.
• Feedback is transformed into actions.

Hand over and support

Hand over is a phase where we review the final product with the client team, handover the product and do a knowledge transfer. This smooth transition ensures that the client team can continue working independently on the product.
