You will get Many Perks & benefits and a chance to work in different technologies on multiple projects HR Policy needs Improvement as candidates should be informed about their status either they are selected, rejected or In Process. Appraisal process need to be more transparent and especially training workshops should be conducted for Project Managers in order to get in touch with the emerging Software Project Management Technologies.
